Managed multiple teams on the FIFA Online Services team, which was the team responsible for ensuring the online components of the FIFA game were operational. Responsible for simultaneously managing resources in Canada, Europe, and Asia. Wrote and maintained Capacity Plans, Schedule and Roadmap. Tracked Sprint and Release burndown and velocity, responsible for coordinating and running status meetings, bug triages, sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, poker planning, change control meetings, and project tollgates. Communicated status on all projects to key stakeholders on a regular and as-needed basis.

As a Business Analyst, I worked with a wide spectrum of teams (QA, Integration, Configuration, Business Users, Data Conversion, Core Development, and other stakeholders) to gather requirements to convert legacy mainframe data to the target distributed systems (ACES). I liaised with Relationship Managers and business users to understand and document current business requirements, and determine which can be met by evaluating source and target systems. Responsibilities included translating business requirements into functional requirements in UML, designing business processes in Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, and Process Models, creating mapping diagrams to show workflow and data translation from Source to Target systems, confirming data integrity in source and target systems, comparing current and proposed functionalities, prioritizing Change Requests to developers based on business needs, scope of work, schedule, and budget, defining the process to convert data: determine the order of conversion batch scheduling jobs and required dependencies, and define the tools that will be used in the process. The focus later shifted to post-development reviews, documentation, user acceptance testing, and scope management.
