About Mack Walker

I began my career with BMW Financial Services and supported the BMW FS team through a multitude of roles, starting in the Collections & Account Management Department and finishing my time as a Retail Credit Analyst. I saw all of my roles with BMW FS as being just as much about finance as they were about relationship building; whether that was through helping people through a difficult time as a Collector or forging connection with BMW Dealerships as an Analyst. I had always felt called to the realm of people management, however, and fulfilled this calling by transitioning my career to a Shopkeeper (AKA Scoop Shop Manager) at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. During my time there, I was afforded the opportunity to manage teams of between 9 - 27 people, oversee multiple Local Outreach initiatives to connect the shop to its community, and move to Austin, TX to open the first Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams shop in the Lone Star State. Now, I want to help entrepreneurs grow their reach with Cultivate Advisors. Small business owners are the heartbeat of a thriving world economy and are some of the people who have been the hardest hit by the pandemic and I want to do everything in my power to help.
