Client Engineer
CurrentPermanent full-time position working onsite, remotely, and worked with a rotating on-call as a member of the Systems Engineering department’s Client Engineering team.- Support and troubleshoot of internally developed applications installed at remote client sites and internal Citrix based environment.- Responsible for performing product upgrades- Work with industry-standard software on a daily basis for operations and troubleshooting (VMware/Citrix, SQL Server, and Windows Server)- Provide application support and specialized software configuration services to international client base- Collaborate to create and process documentation for training and to simplify troubleshooting and resolution workflow- Installation, upgrading, and configuration of both internally and externally developed software- Introductory troubleshooting, maintenance and administration of SQL database related issues.- Project coordination and completion for server migrations and server upgrades. - Use SQL to manage healthcare/sensitive information on a database level, entrusted with writing and performing database updates, deletes, and inserts with SME’s available and minimal oversight.
