• The Cricket World Cup arrived in England & Wales. My role during the tournament was to work within two key areas involving handling and managing both merchandise stock and ticket inventory for all World Cup and County.
• Assisted both the Retail Operation’s and Ticketing & Membership Manager through the season.
• Organized monthly stock spot checks then full quarterly stock takes.
• Operated the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets/membership and other products.
• Successfully took responsibility for any request passed to them by ensuring prompt posting for when required or the item is available for collection at the correct location

On May the 23rd I begin my role of Match Operations Assistant at UEFA at this years 2016 Champion League Final in Milan. The role includes Match-Day set up inside the tunnel and around the stadium.
