▪ Collaborate with multiple service providers & community partner organizations across the state▪ Develop and provide recovery and re-entry services for justice-involved individuals▪ Act as a liaison between justice-involved individuals, re-entry service providers, and OCJR’s coalition▪ Foster strong relationships with individuals in order to help them build skills for successful re-entry▪ Evaluate existing programs and resources in order to identify gaps in re-entry throughout the state▪ Facilitate partnerships to develop resources that enhance successful re-entry in Oklahoma▪ Identify, collect, and analyze data and produce statistical reports to provide objective information▪ Manage grant funds associated with re-entry efforts and monitor grant compliance

- Work with Project Commutation to provide and connect individuals for reentry resources upon release from the Department of Corrections- Build relationships with community leaders to connect individuals to resources in the communities they are returning to- Create comprehensive reentry plans for individuals returning to society after spending time in the incarceration system- Present reentry plans to the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board during Commutation and Parole Hearings- Follow up with individuals every 30 days to ensure their successful reintegration into society- Utilize grant funding to provide individuals with basic needs, including housing, transportation, food, clothing, etc.

▪ Completed over 900 hours of service as a Mid-Year▪ Served in a fourth-grade classroom of 28 students as a near-peer mentor and tutor▪ Assisted partner teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and overall classroom management▪ Created 4 focus-lists of 6 students each, focusing on Math, ELA, Attendance, & SEL skills▪ Logged at least 1 hour of tutoring / mentoring a week with each student, on each of the 4 focus-lists▪ Kept track of and logged students’ progress in Math, ELA, Attendance, & SEL skills daily▪ Worked closely with my fellow AmeriCorps team members in carrying out over 15 school-wide projects and events
