Mental Health Coach
Current-Manage a consistent caseload of 50-60 clients, providing personalized mental health coaching aimed at addressing issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions.-Implement evidence-based practices, based from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and well-being.-Conduct in-depth assessments to develop personalized coaching plans, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, emotional management, and goal achievement.-Engage clients through one-on-one sessions, leveraging deep listening skills to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations, fostering a supportive and confidential environment.-Facilitate behavior change and personal development by introducing new perspectives and skills, helping clients overcome obstacles and improve their life quality.-Empowering clients to identify and leverage personal strengths, practice self-compassion, and implement practical strategies for relationship improvement and emotional regulation.-Design and assign actionable "homework" tasks, such as journaling exercises and emotion management techniques, to encourage practice and progress outside of sessions.-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care, contributing to a high client satisfaction rate.-Participated in a rigorous four-month orientation and ongoing professional development programs focused on advanced CBT techniques and coaching ethics, underlining a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.-Demonstrate a proactive approach to mental health, addressing clients' situational challenges with tailored strategies that promote long-term well-being and resilience.
