This position manages interventions related to slow-onset humanitarian crises. This role is responsible for monitoring global crises, developing a strategic response to existing needs through local partnerships and product procurement, overseeing relief project implementation, maintaining open communication with pertinent COH departments, monitoring the efficacy of relief efforts, managing the project budget, and reporting the impact to donors. In addition, this role assists with the development and teaching of the Global Disaster Preparedness and Resilience Training curriculum. This position serves as an alternate deployable role during rapid responses.

Project F.R.E.E. stands for fostering relationship and economic enrichment. Through a federal grant we are able to provide evidence-informed programs to improve couple and co-parenting functioning, increase economic stability, and create positive and stable homes. As a Navigator, I help to foster community partnerships by facilitating information sessions and developing referral alliance as well as developing referral guides for each of the 12 counties involved.
