-Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessment and crisis intervention-Serve as initial contact with referral sources and potential patients-Coordinate the referral and intake process-Determine appropriate level of care-Facilitate the admission process and maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff-Contact insurance companies for prior authorization approval/denials

Intake Clinician:-Conduct initial assessment with children and adolescents to identify service needs-Diagnose mental health behaviors according to DSM-5-Refer families to appropriate therapeutic evidence based interventions-Provide crisis intervention services (risk assessments/safety plans, deescalation strategies) to existing and walk-in consumers as needed-Participate in a collaborative care setting along side medical assistants and medical providers.School-Based Therapist:-Develop counseling interventions in coordination with the client and/or their family-Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to assist clients in reaching goals, decreasing depression/anxiety, and emotion regulation-Provide individual, family, and group counseling-Complete comprehensive assessments/evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Participation in a pilot program partnership with Atrium Health and UNC Charlotte. Integrated behavioral health into primary care setting. Provided in-clinic services such as community referrals and brief interventions.

-Problem-solve with patients during difficult life situations-Assist patients in understanding and following care and actions plans-Assist patients in learning skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, etc.-Assist with goal-setting related to lifestyle changes such as weight-loss, addictions, or medication management-Assist in finding and reaching out to community resources

-Assist with intake and bag checks, laundry, donation organization and distribution-Guest casework (weekly check-ins)-Administer guest satisfaction survey-Street outreach-Started and maintained vegetable garden-Connect clients to local resources-Assisted in collecting data for VI-SPDAT assessment

-Set up rooms for meetings and events-Open the building and complete morning walkthrough-Provide information about campus to students and visitors-Log and keep track of lost and found items-Communicate with other departments about client’s needs and building issues

-Provide customer service to 1000-5000 patrons daily-Coordinate promotional and community outreach events-Order product and merchandise-Assemble displays for upcoming movies-Host and set up company annual meeting-Set up birthday party rooms for events-Host and coordinate birthday parties and other events-Maintain and clean building and projection equipment-Cash handling: maintain accuracy of cash drawers nightly, create and take deposits to bank, itemized and totaled customers purchase-Assign tasks to staff and ensure completion of tasks
