Passionate about the intersection of law, politics, and service, I am a dedicated and motivated individual seeking a career in the legal profession. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish at the University of Kentucky; I am expected to graduate in May 2025 with a cumulative GPA of 4.0.My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in the field, including coursework such as Politics of Law and Court, Principles of Economics, Personal and Family Finances, Human Geography, and Accelerated Composition and Communication. These courses have provided a comprehensive understanding of the legal system, economic principles, and effective communication strategies.As for professional experience, I am currently an intern for MML&K Government Solutions. In this role, I Maintain accurate records for lobbying efforts, provide tailored legislative reports to 34 clients, monitor Senate activities for timely updates, and conduct research for informed advocacy strategies.Outside of academics and work, I actively engage in extracurricular activities and community involvement. As the Treasurer and Vice President-elect of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society's Delta chapter, I efficiently manage finances and promote scholarship opportunities for fellow members. Through my involvement with Girl Up, a United Nations initiative, I have served as a Volunteer and Event Coordinator, Treasurer, and dedicated Member/Volunteer, working tirelessly to organize donation drives, events, and service opportunities that empower young women in Prospect, KY.
