I support the ongoing development of core CRM software platforms by driving system enhancements and supporting strategic level analysis associated with sales pipeline and outbound marketing opportunities.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to find solutions that improve business processes and user experience. This involves translating technical terms to a non-technical audience and vice versa. - Lead the development team responsible for creating for our in-house application, Artemis. Own, drive, and manage the Jira roadmap for Artemis. Performing scrum ceremonies and managing multiple priorities to ensure that enhancements delivered on-time and on scope.
