Every month, I analyze monthly customer order data to identify trends in nutritional content and products purchased. Additionally, I partner with the Program Coordinator of Community Outreach to establish social media campaigns centered around raising public awareness and fundraising efforts. In an effort to support the impact of FOODiversity, I have also piloted and published customer surveys to track demographic data, food insecurity, program feedback, success and outcome measures, self-efficacy, and health literacy. In my internship, I served the SNAP-Ed Steps to Health program. I worked closely with the Take Control adult curriculum in goal setting and expectations for grocery shopping on a budget. I also collaborated to help implement Supporting Wellness at Pantries [SWAP] at food pantries across North Carolina.

On a weekly basis, I hosted a diverse range of health and nutrition-focused events for students at the University of South Carolina and community stakeholders. This included collaborating regularly with executive chefs, chef managers, and dietitians to create meaningful partnerships. In addition, I planned, prepared, and distributed nutrient-dense meals for local health and wellness events.

In this role, I communicated with a diverse range of students at the University of South Carolina to promote healthy behaviors. In addition to this, I often planned, marketed, and hosted events highlighting substance misuse that were tailored for 1-300 people.

I assisted operations attendants with their daily duties in addition to my own duties. I outlined the schedule for my shift and prioritized projects and tasks based on the events listed.
