During my tenure of over a decade with Aluvion Law, I have established and expanded a practice specializing in corporate, commercial, and transactional law. I currently act for clients in a diverse array of industries including manufacturing, technology, finance, healthcare, retail, and beyond. I act both as general counsel for my clients as well as in a more specialized capacity on specific engagements.In addition to acting on behalf of my clients, I have also contributed to the growth and advancement of Aluvion Law itself through mentoring junior associates, assisting in the development of marketing and branding strategy, development of referral sources, client acquisition, and development of internal processes.

I volunteered as a law student with Law Help Ontario, a division of Pro Bono Law Ontario in 2012. My responsibilities with PBLO included performing initial client interviews, helping lawyers advise clients, preparing tip sheets, and performing research. I spend half of my time with PBLO at Superior Court and half at Small Claims Court. This allowed me to develop strong hands-on experience with the civil litigation process in Ontario.
