As the Director of IT at Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies (WAEPA), I lead a team of IT professionals who were responsible for security, network, infrastructure, help desk, data analysis, and application support. I have over five years of experience in IT service delivery, management, and customer service. During my time with WAEPA, I worked daily with C-level executives on interdepartmental projects to streamline and modernize WAEPA's systems.My core competencies include Microsoft Azure and Office Administration, Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell, and troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware and software. I also have a proven track record of leading successful Office 365 migrations, resolving technical problems and security vulnerabilities, and improving customer satisfaction and perception. I am a LOMA certified Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) level 1, a ScrumMaster, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
