I love dogs, I love to travel, but most importantly, I love people. I am at my best when I can invest my time and energy into caring for those around me. That's why working directly with people is where I thrive. Building relationships and helping others meet and exceed their goals are what drive me. As a Senior Product Support Representative at Pluralsight, I can do just that. I fell in love with Pluralsight's dedication to their core values, and they have encouraged me to champion our customers in every interaction.Another passion of mine is continual investment in myself. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skillset, which is why I finished an MBA program with a concentration in Project Management in 2021. I also completed a Core Leadership Skills course that has helped develop and hone my ability to connect with others while achieving a higher level of performance and efficiency.One of the biggest things I have learned in the last few years is that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. While it might be cliché, I truly believe that you need to step out of your comfort zone to get to new places and gain new experiences.

Senior Product Support Representative

I began my journey at Pluralsight as a Product Support Representative for their Cloud product. My team and I assisted customers via Zendesk and delivered an exceptional support experience through our above average response times and ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries quickly.
