As a current senior, expected May 2025, within Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, I am looking forward to the future. I am majoring within the accountancy program with an intention to pursue higher certifications within Auburn's MAcc program by May 2026. With a background in accounting, I strive for excellence in and out of the workplace. I currently have multiple online certifications to reflect the passion I have for accounting. These include, but are not limited to, Excel Expert and Microsoft Office Word. Given my experience from previous job opportunities, I have consistently been recognized throughout articles and publishing for my extreme drive, focus, and ability to work in less than desirable conditions. In my time as an accountancy student, I have graciously been able to work first hand as an accounting apprentice of a local restaurant, utilizing Margin Edge and other invoicing software. Experience outside of the accountancy field has allowed me to become a detail oriented, careful, and steadfast employee. I was as well able to gain one-on-one customer experience that allowed my communications skills to become more pronounced and developed in stress filled situations.The culmination of my experience, personal goals, and values has brought me to become a determined member of the accounting community. I look forward to any and all opportunities this path will bring to me for the entirety of my career.
