As my first job, I learned to work with customers in a variety of situations, how to be responsible for a store, teamwork in a work environment, and leadership skills.-Developed customer relations by helping them shop and select the perfect good from them. Maintained a positive attitude and environment throughout the shift. -Memorized all the descriptions and prices of the store to be able to answer any question a customer would have. -Offered suggestions and would offer any service that would enhance their experience-Worked in the kitchen creating artisan desserts that included sundaes and a variety of coffee and hot chocolate drinks. Made for the customers' specifications-Worked register by checking customers out in a timely and orderly manner

I worked as an intern for Cyclone Social where I learned more about the social media marketing industry. I learned a variety of skills that I hope to enhance even more through my marketing degree. I created content, was a part of shoots, helped with the design process, and got to be a part of a professional work environment.-Created unique content for brands that we worked with by taking pictures of the goods or modeling the goods themselves. Would work with the photographers for the shoots and even had the chance to shoot some content. Would give input on what the account might want to highlight. -Edited content by learning how to use unfamiliar programs, such as photoshop. Took time to learn how to properly use the program and create content that the client and design team were satisfied with. Learned how to create a website by collaborating with the design team director and how to upload and incorporate the content created. -Wrote copy for all our accounts and clients. I learned how to use a different voice and point of view to express what our clients wanted to convey through their posts. I would write copy for various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and tailor it to the target audience on that platform.

-Helped make the details for the party such as folding/rolling napkins and silverware, making balloon arches, and putting together boards for the party.-Went to the event site to help set up by setting up tables and chairs, putting on linens, setting up chairs, hanging up lights and florals, and putting together centerpieces.-Loaded and unloaded the trucks with all the setup items and machinery needed to set up.
