Drawing from over 10 years experience in eCommerce, in which I've worked in all aspects of the eWAY business, I negotiate relationships and assess and advise on our partners challenges in integrating the eWAY payment platform with their own infrastructure. This involves discussing their business scenario and determining the best choice of products and methods to provide the easiest and most streamlined integration with eWAY. Recently, I have also headed the marketing team and am responsible for the design and delivery of campaigns targeting our partner network as well as B2B customers.A key achievement was the setup of our UK office. This included procuring and installing hardware, designing and building a software based IVR phone system, building the local domain controller and training both Sales and Support staff in eWAY software and processes.Other roles I have previously completed within eWAY"* System Administrator: Using both hardware and software within the eWAY offices.
