They are the primary leader of the organization responsible to the recruitment, support and development of all other national and regional directors.General Roles• Recruitment and on-boarding of all National and Regional directors, including the internal development team, external development team, showcase team, and Ottawa & Toronto program admin and delivery team.• Support, development, mentorship, motivation and evaluation of all national and regional directors• Ultimately responsible for the successful operation and growth of Youth Outreach programming through the National and Regional Directors. This includes: Curriculum development, instructor recruitment and training, program delivery, program evaluation, marketing and business development, and partnership relations.• Manages and ensures adherence to national and regional budgets and financial processes in cooperation with the National Bookkeeper and Board Treasurer. • Responsible for the implementation and adherence to all financial, corporate, operational and general policies set by the Board of Directors throughout the organization.• Oversees the overall strategy for increasing and diversifying additional sources of revenue through events, campaigns, grants etc that are run by the Showcase and External Development Team.
