Brochure was signed off by CFO and auditors and majority share sold to Goldman Sachs in December 2022. • Re-engineered the strategic planning process, transforming it from it from an excel based model to a systems cube based model, thus aligning it with all other FP&R activity in the Group. • Built the valuation model to support the bid offer for the future rights to a paediatric cancer drug. Board approved the valuation, and the offer was accepted. The €15m acquisition was completed in 2021 and the drug is now a key future growth driver for the Group.• Delivered a 10 year, multiple-scenario liquidity model to enable the refinancing of the Group’s term loan, a major step in facilitating the Group’s strategy of rapid growth through acquisition. Term loan was successfully converted to a €250m RCF in 2021.• Financial lead on deal model and FP&R integration for the €27m acquisition of Azanta A/S in 2020. • Managed the re-tender process of all Norgine’s global insurance policies, 2022
