Worked on S3 Durability and Repair. - Led implementation of I/O optimization project on new generation of repair services. Engineer on the Fit Team (part of the Softlines Org in Amazon Retail). - Owned and delivered on different sub-projects under end-to-end How It Fits on You (HIFOY) project that captured customer statistics (e.g. Height/Weight) on the Review Your Purchase Page (RYP) and then ultimately reflected in filterable values in the reviews on the product page. Worked to drive alignment between various stakeholders on the teams that owned the different platforms (RYP in Berlin, Product Reviews in Seattle, Fit team in Seattle)- Led development of the lambda function that would backfill customer previous purchase data into fit datastores to provide baseline size recommendation for shoes on Amazon.com- Wrote several Spark jobs to pull down and aggregate clothing attributes across data from the entire Amazon catalog

Interned on the Vendor Powered Coupons Team.- Built an API endpoint and corresponding consumable library to enable partner platform teams to remotely fetch data and assets to render coupon "badges" on their respective pages. - Would eventually lead to ~50% reduction in partner time to onboard and reduction in copy-pasted code that needed to be maintained across codebases
