Select position accomplishments:I’m presently leading the mobile experience design of core-banking features and strategy for a brand new small business bank while regularly presenting work and design process to client and internal executive leadership.I conducted and synthesized 14 user interviews with small business decision makers to identify key user frustrations and build personae for the above small business bank.I provide a range of consultative, client-facing UX services for businesses within fintech and banking industries. My deliverables include high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, design storytelling, user flows, user research and synthesis, usability studies, stakeholder interviews, information architecture, competitive analyses, and more. I regularly partner with diverse internal and client teams, including visual design, executive leadership, project management, front- and back-end development, and copywriters to align UX design with product vision, user needs, and technical limitations.

I redesigned a user-facing testing application experience and visualized complex internal operations via journey maps and service blueprints from information gathered and synthesized from 20+ stakeholder interviews and varied desk research.I created and conducted a two-day creative team training with a fellow junior colleague about designing for accessible-needs populations.As a junior designer, I worked for clients within quick-service restaurant, convenience, testing administration, and investment industries.
