I specialize in providing technical support and maintenance for a wide range of IT systems and equipment, tackling sensitive and complex projects that demand a Security+ certification and a TS/SCI clearance. Leveraging my expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting and information technology, I ensure the security and reliability of critical IT infrastructure.I proudly served over four years as an Information Systems Technician in the US Navy, where I mastered the art of operating and troubleshooting satellite communications systems. I minimized downtime for critical operations and resolved numerous network issues. Using diagnostic tools and techniques, I partnered with other technicians and engineers to quickly execute the mission. I am passionate about learning and expanding my knowledge. I am currently pursuing an IT degree from St. Philip's College, where I learn the fundamentals of cybersecurity and information technology, as well as the latest IT trends and practices.
