In this role, I attended court hearings and litigations, attended and observed client meetings, completed victim, witness, and accused statement transcriptions to assist in the defense case, and assisted in psychological pre-trial literature reviews when necessary. I also assisted with other administrative duties at the Bellan Law office, as needed.I had the opportunity to shadow a justice of the peace on trial court day to learn their roles and responsibilities.
