How can you fulfill a purpose alongside others? How can the success of an organization contribute positively to society? In a world full of misleading information surrounding health, how do we improve the health of people in an integrating and meaningful way? These are some of the myriad of questions I seek to both solve and change.I am a senior undergraduate student at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. Motivated by the desire to serve others and contribute to making a lasting impact in whatever I do, I plan to use the lifelong skills that I acquire in my time at PLNU to go out into the world and do so. I am passionate about working to figure out effective solutions that enhance an individual's experience, leading others to achieve all and any of their health/fitness/performance goals, and encouraging people to take ownership of their health through providing equal access to research-based knowledge and showing people that they are capable and can find joy in the journey. After pursuing a degree in both Kinesiology (Health & Human Performance - Exercise & Sport Science) and business (Business Administration) during my undergraduate career at Point Loma Nazarene University, I am moving forward and currently in pursuit of my working to achieve and receive my Master's in Kinesiology (M.S. KIN) at PLNU. I am an aspiring strength and conditioning coach (CSCS), personal trainer (CPT), group fitness instructor (GFI), and health/wellness coach (NBC-HC) looking forward to maximizing potential in every opportunity and endeavor through embodying continuous learning, a growth mindset, and grit.
