In this role, one of my key responsibilities is to manage an existing portfolio of client accounts and to foster and cultivate deep professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills. My duties include coordinating with interior designers and private clients to determine needs and the best way for the company to meet requirements.What I do: • Liaise with cross-functional warehouse and operations teams to increase customer satisfaction through process improvements• Lead and coordinate projects within budget and time constraints• Oversee project scope, schedule, and cost changes as well as supervise and track progress in achieving goals• Manage internal resources as well as third-party suppliers to ensure the successful completion of interior design projects • Organise air, sea and road shipments, applying knowledge of procedures and HM Customs import and export regimes.
