CHAARG is an all female fitness organization that focuses on empowering college women to live happy and healthy lifestyles by providing tools to embrace fitness and a strong, supportive network of people just like them. At the University of Cincinnati's chapter CHAARG members have access to studio spotlights and small group workouts weekly. My position is running a weekly small group workout for 15-20 other college females. In this position, I am constantly promoting CHAARG membership to new and current students, planning and lead weekly workouts, creating an inclusive, empowering, and welcoming community for college women, and helping members to achieve their goals both physically and mentally.

During the summer of 2019, I had the opportunity to work at Pfizer's headquarter office in New York City as a marketing intern. During this experience I with the Global Brands team and contributed on internal communication projects, patient mapping projects and social media projects. I also followed a Sales Representative on a field day to different doctor’s offices. I was able to network throughout my experience with a variety of individuals in the pharmaceutical field and in the agency environment.

These traits are summed up to PACE. PACE stands for professionalism, academics, character and engagement. As a PACE leader, I guided a group of first year business students through projects, helped students develop professionalism, academics, character, and engagement, built relationships with students to help them succeed in their time at University of Cincinnati.

Lookout Brand Co. is a creative design firm specializing in graphic design, branding and visual communication. Lookout works with digital and traditional mediums aiming to provide contemporary, confident and creative solutions that drive brand stories with substance and style. As an intern, I researched different strategies and tools to use in marketing plans, contributed in client meetings regarding logos and branding, and updated client business pages on Bing, Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and multiple online search directories. I also helped Lookout Brand Co. to develop a social media plan to keep the companies social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) up to date and relevant.

At this job I worked with children ages 3 months to 12 years to improve motor, emotional and social skills through gymnastics, dance and sports. I also was responsible for explaining our programs and making sales to current and future customers. It was rewarding to assist children in accomplishing new skills and to build connections with the families.
