Patronicity uses crowdfunding as a catalyst for placemaking and community development, connecting granting organizations and patrons with hyper-local changemakers in order to build vibrant communities. I am responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing efforts to establish Patronicity as a leader in crowdfunding, grantmaking, and placemaking. My role includes researching and understanding digital marketing best practices and trends, maintaining a detailed understanding of our audience personas and competitors, and regularly reporting on marketing metrics and SMART goals.

Start Fort Wayne helps entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving growth-oriented businesses with the vision of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in northeast Indiana that attracts and retains innovators and investors. In 2021, Start Fort Wayne developed an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Strategy (EES) outlining 3, 7, and 10 year goals to cultivate a stronger and more supportive entrepreneurial community in Greater Fort Wayne. In this temporary, part-time role as the EES Coordinator, my responsibilities included public relations, social media management, community outreach, and event coordination related to the project.

The Office & Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of MKM architecture + design. I provided support across the firm to ensure MKM’ers had the tools and environment to do their best work. In addition to an administrative role, I helped to communicate MKM’s mission, to improve health and well-being, through the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. I provided a welcoming environment for clients and MKM staff to work. In addition, I ensured that staff had the tools and equipment needed to accomplish the goals of the firm. I supported projects from start to finish in my administrative role at MKM, from booking travel to producing important project documents and assisting with accounting tasks.I told the story of MKM online, increasing brand awareness and highlighting our work through digital marketing. I helped to champion the firm’s brand by coordinating in-house and community engagement activities. I assisted with Business Development efforts by coordinating MKM’s trade show and conference involvement and providing client, project, and market research support.

Artlink is a nonprofit contemporary art gallery. Artlink exists to empower artists, encourage creative expression, and enrich Northeast Indiana through engagement in the visual arts. As the Gallery Coordinator, I managed day-to-day operations of the gallery, including curating exhibitions, coordinating arts programming, and leading marketing strategy. In my role, I built and fostered positive relationships with emerging and established artists. I contracted, curated, installed monthly exhibitions. I coordinated and developed arts programming, such as Drawn Together and The Art Market. I lead all marketing efforts including website design and management, social media marketing, email marketing, and public relations. I was responsible for hiring and managing a team of interns to support gallery operations. In addition, I managed a team of gallery assistants and volunteer/freelance designers.I served as the Chair of the Artlink Artist Panel, a volunteer panel of practicing artists, curators, art educators, and students from Fort Wayne and the surrounding region. The panel was instrumental in supporting the Gallery Coordinator, providing exhibition critique and participating in exhibition selection and artist solicitation.
