At my core, I’m a communicator and relationship builder - In my work, I’ve accumulated a track record of being able to exceed sales and retention targets, build multi million-dollar books of business, and forge deep and lasting client relationships. I thrive in fast-paced environments with driven leadership, high levels of accountability, and where there’s a focus on growth and process improvement.Client relationships are always built on the foundation of trust and shared goals. My focus always begins with understanding the client's needs and motivating factors. Once I comprehend what's at stake for them, I can better communicate how I can help them achieve their goals and benefit from my services. I always try to think of my relationship with any client within the time-tested rule: "Do to others as you would have them do to you." The most satisfying part of my career has been circling back to clients who are still working with me several years after signing on, because we’ve been able to help them improve and achieve. That’s why I truly enjoy what I do.Naturally curious and drawn to problem-solving, I love to ask questions, take on new products, get involved in process improvements, and come up with new methods for pitching new products. A former river-rafting guide and avid traveler, I've explored 3 continents, 14 countries, and 34 US States. My wife and I enjoy nothing more than planning our next trip or being outside with our dogs. We also love to hike, and try to go on at least one extended backpacking trip a year.
