SPAR RLM is a solution which will provide a systemized format for ordering and tracking all devices under rent, lease or maintenance for a specified duration. It is taking Global Renewals functionality, which is built on the Global Template and adapting it to work on an SAP standard framework.Responsibilities:Responsible for creating Business Design Document(BDD) &Technical Design Document(TDD) for new development.Resolution of Incidents/Change requests/Problem reports Within the Time Limits.Prepare the Unit test documents.Assisting functional people in Technical aspects.Regularly Interacting with users as well as onsite team to resolve ambiguous production issues. Some of the critical Developments:PO Layout changes : The RLM PO Out put will be issued to the vendor. This can be done via a printed PO, ARIBA via the supplier network. The form will display the RLM (Rent Lease Maintenance) items. On the SAP side for the Ariba PO changes will be done to customized IDoc (Message type = ORDERS, Basic type is ORDERS05 with Enhancement as ORDBBMFX) Renewals and Notifications: At the end of an RLM contract, a renewal reminder needs to be issued so that steps can be taken to raise a new PO to ensure continuity (if required) of the RLM service following the expiry of the current agreement. Renewal reminder issued to cost centre manager, HR partial substitute of the cost centre .Issuing of renewal reminders using workflow processing.Developed the Report FI and Cost center Integration Report.Credit Debit Note: The Form is going to be produced via SMARTFORM technology Credit and Debit Notes are specific forms of legal invoice documents that are used to make adjustments to previously invoiced amounts. The Form will be emailed (as a PDF attachment) to Customer Services Department. The email address will be specified via output determination.
