Working within Contracts& Impound Unit, providing proactive customer service, key point of liaison and issue resolution, accurately maintaining key information databases and inventory control functions, timely business reporting and analysis service.Maintaining a range of asset related Government Contracts including Uniform, Transport & Towing, MPLBV & MPLBV Undershirt. This includes the development and monitoring of key performance indicators, benchmarks, conducting analyses, identifying and reviewing process improvement opportunities, and undertaking projects and tasks as assigned from time to time which contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Contracts & Impound Unit (C&IU) and SAPOL’s business operations.

- Successfully maintained the biggest department worth over one hundred million dollars for my first Christmas as an analyst- Build reports and forecasting tools to maximise accuracy and stock availability- Daily review of replenishment levels to maximise stock levels in line with sales trends- Providing analysis and reports to retail, merchandise and VM team on product and promotional sales performance- Developed strong knowledge of product trends, store and climate attributes across various markets in Australia and New Zealand- Launch new catalogue allocations based on layout, demographic, climate and sales to ensure the stock is at the right stores at the right time- Building stock levels for new stores and recommending fashion stories to open with- Ensuring stock levels are sufficient by store and by subcategory to see through key sales periods- Training and development of junior team members
