Was responsible for quick turnaround, crafting high quality images in a challenging environment (in patient's hospital rooms), implementing sales techniques, and learning and upholding healthcare standards/HIPPA.

Photographed concerts around the Twin Cities for MPR's radio station The Current. Captured high quality images, edited them, and submitted them for publication on a tight deadline.

Managed a team of photographers, assigning stories and editing images to be published in the paper and online. Hired new interns and staff photographers for the paper. Communicated with editors across the newsroom to ensure the creation of high quality images to pair with their stories. Selected and edited the best photos each day to submit by a hard.

Coordinated and photographed a variety of stories, including Gopher sports, local music, University happenings, protests, and local government. On call and fast paced work, requiring quality images taken in high pressure scenarios and hard deadlines.
