With over 15 years of experience in governance, social justice, diversity, and inclusion, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.Prior to joining the Centre for Excellence, I was the Planning and Performance Lead and the Elections Coordinator at the City of Melbourne, where I managed the organisation's approach to integrated planning and reporting, corporate governance, and the 2020 local government elections. I also established the Melbourne PRIDE Network and volunteered as a coordinator and project officer for various community well-being programs. I hold a Graduate Diploma of Human Rights Law, a Master of Social Policy, and a Bachelor of Social Science. I am passionate about advancing human rights, social policy, and governance in the non-profit sector.
