I have 11 years experience in desktop publishing at VillageProfile.com, Inc. in Elgin, IL and, prior to that, 27 years in community access and small format video production in Chicago, suburban Northwest Indiana, suburban Dayton, Ohio and Dubuque, Iowa. I have managed departments from 3 to 20 employees. I streamlined and organized publishing procedures at Village Profile. I have designed & operated several cable TV facilities. I have managed video production departments at three cable systems Public Access facilities. I was instrumental in the specification and design of Master Control and the tape library database at Chicago Access Corporation.
