I revised product manuals for a client, and provided video consultation services.

I supervised the prepress area of VillageProfile, handling intake of images, printing preflight and optimization, output and archiving of over 20 Chamber of Commerce magazines and 16 community maps per month.In different economic times, I served as a backup for the Operations Director in trouble shooting staff computer / software issues, performing nightly backup and daily recovery functions and researching new software solutions including our extensive library of stock images.

I hired, directed, and supervised the Production Department at CAC, charged with teaching Chicago residents and NPOs in the use of television production equipment to make their own programs. I approved or wrote all training materials, and coordinated a staff schedule for our 7 days/wk facility. Equipment included: portable lighting, camera, sound, and recording; a 4 camera mobile van; a full studio; and 5 edit suites. In 1990 I became Lead Traffic Coordinator, accepting over 450 new program submissions per month. I also maintained our library of nearly 4000 tape programs, created computer logs for our Alamar MC-2075 automated playback system, and supervised the Cablecasting (master control) staff.
