I lead Brand and Product Marketing across all categories including eyewear, goggles, helmets, apparel, and accessories. Responsible for the global multi-year marketing strategy and execution of integrated brand communications across all channels, including campaign development, creative ideation and execution, advertising, public relations, digital, and influencer marketing. I am the hub for global marketing direction and communication and lead a team of marketing staff that includes digital, communications, and administrative specialists.

Took over the management of all SPY+ digital properties (Salesforce & Shopify) during a transitional period for our digital team. My focus was on developing the site merchandising strategy/tactics to optimize conversions, developing and delivering digital marketing assets that support each stage of the funnel, working closely with the buying team on inventory needs, and with the digital marketing manager on the execution of the promotional and email marketing calendar.

I work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop the yearly marketing plan and implement innovative tactics and solutions to achieve strategic marketing goals that ultimately drive sales and create brand awareness. I create effective messaging for communications and collateral, overseeing the creative process and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and company objectives are met, while also managing the workflow of six marketing and creative employees, ensuring all projects are on track, handled efficiently and deadlines are met. Additionally, I am responsible for developing and managing the marketing department’s annual budget, creating unified annual marketing campaign concepts based around needs for catalog, POS, advertising, postcards, trade show booth themes, website, etc., and ensuring the Company’s messages are aggregated and translated correctly, on time and through the appropriate channels to relevant audiences to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsible for helping to drive to completion the goals and strategies laid out in the yearly Marketing Plan. It involves planning for product launches, campaigns, marketing asset generation, and managing all activities related to marketing department’s budgeting, advertising, public relations, investor relations, social media, Motorsports, optical and event marketing. Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functions of media relations, consumer communications, including social media (Facebook Twitter, Blogs, Instagram and more), publicity, investor relations and corporate communications are executed on time and according to specification.

I am responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functions of media relations, consumer communications, including social media (Facebook Twitter, Blogs, Instagram and more), publicity and corporate communications are executed on time and according to specification. Additionally, I work with several athletes in the motorsports category on marketing initiatives for SPY.

Work cross-functionally with the segment managers, brand activation personnel, the art department, retail marketing director and sales team, and manage the workflow of the PR team. Key player in executing event PR and entertainment-related publicity. I am responsible for metrics and reports, managing the events calendar and social media calendar as well as contest development and execution.

I work with the PR Director, intra-departmentally and cross-functionally within the organization on general publicity/product placement, consumer communications, including social media (Facebook Twitter, Blogs, Instagram and more), newsletters and Web material, and contest development and execution. Key player in executing event PR and entertainment-related publicity. I am responsible for metrics and reports, including editorial status reports and social media reports, and managing the events calendar and social media calendar. I additionally coordinate with the PR Director, segment managers and Marketing and Brand managers, ensuring timely communication of product, athlete and event news is coordinated and executed through appropriate communications channels.

Responsible for managing SPY's presence on Facebook, Twitter and the SPY blog. Developed and executed a plan to capture 100,000 Facebook fans in one year and then replicated the same plan for the next four years.
