Staff members can use the admin portal to manage and curate deals for a specific timeframe, country and sub-brand, see the deal performance, export… Show more Being the first UX designer at LuxGroup, I worked closely with an agile team of product managers and engineers to design and build the next travel platform.Accomplishments:• Designed a scalable admin interface that was intuitive to use for the internal teams across all departments, e.g. finance, account management, marketing, content. Staff members can use the admin portal to manage and curate deals for a specific timeframe, country and sub-brand, see the deal performance, export financial reports plus many other features.• Designed a new experience for the end users where they can browse the deals without creating an account while avoiding revealing the price (as per contract agreement with a few vendors). The change had a positive impact on acquisition and revenue through the improvement of Search Engine performance.• Designed a vendor portal that was used by a few hundred happy partners of Luxury Escapes• Integrated Qantas Frequent Flyer to the platform, including the admin portal with reporting workflow.• Created a Custom Design System for Luxury Escapes, which was used to roll out to other sub-brands without having to maintain multiple packages of front-end code.My day to day includes• Collaborate with the product team on user experience and product strategy.• Lead, plan and conduct user research with customers.• Apply the UX toolset and practices to construct a future growth plan for the new platform.• Conduct customer experience workshops and extract relevant hypotheses for our product roadmap.• Model interaction and design the visual interface of the travel platform for both external and internal customers.• Develop and maintain a coherent design system.
