Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing, organising data in paper and digital form • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email • Greeting visitors at reception • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms • Arranging travel and accommodation • Arranging post and deliveries • Taking minutes at meetings • Typing up letters and reports • Printing and photocopying • Ordering office supplies

Key responsibilities as a teacher: • Planning lesson with CPA approach that fulfil the curriculum requirement. • Classroom and behaviour management ensuring all students are developing • Monitoring students’ progress term by term with appropriate grading of their tasks. • Setting up the class and resources according to the theme and topic. • Maintaining observation diaries about student’s day to day progress.
