As a former elementary school teacher who completed a big career pivot, I am driven, passionate and adaptable who approaches problems with optimism, intention, and empathy. I see every challenge as a learning opportunity and I believe building strong relationships is at the core of success in all areas - for our team, company and product, and our customers.After teaching remotely during the height of the Pandemic, I was able to experience the incredible change that can happen when we merge education and technology together. I saw the ways in which technology can be used as a vehicle to fuel educational opportunity alongside creating greater social change.Now, as an IT Support Technician at an innovative nonprofit leveraging technology to continue to promote educational equity, I continue to utilize my technical skills to support our staff with any and all technical issues that may arise. I am ambitious, love tackling problems and coming up with the best solutions, all while working collaboratively with a strong and diverse team!
