recruiting volunteers to door knock and make calls; coordinating with the volunteers and staffers to manage events, data, and communications; helping keep the candidate on track; coordinating volunteers who are phone banking and door knocking, managing the camping schedule and timeline

Using policy and data analysis tools to conduct research on a broad range of issues and create my own data backed research and policy recommendations

Worked with a team to run youth programming and support for a congregation of over 1,500. Also created, planned, assembled, and lead my own programs and groups.

Worked to develop specific policy ideas for relieving student debt which entailed long term research and proposing specific ideas to the Delegate. I also assisted in general office tasks which involved constituent and interested party emails.

Worked on the floor of the Maryland General assembly observing the procedures of the House of Delegates and assisting the Delegates when in session. This involved getting copies of roll calls and vote records, delivering documents to Delegates from their staffers and getting coffee. The time not spent working on the floor was left for the pages to sit in on committee meetings and deliberations.

Worked in a local office to reach out to voters regarding the democratic primary elections. Helped with general campaign strategy as well as long term policy goals.
