I lead talent development within Tower Capital and also provide support to portfolio companies on organization and human capital opportunities.

I am responsible for people outcomes across APAC offices (6 office clusters, ~2k FTEs), and am involved in strategic planning and tactical operations across all talent enablers (recruiting, professional development, performance management, employee experience).

I work with boards and C-suites on the most pressing strategic and operational challenges. My approach extends beyond analytical problem solving to team development/coaching to establish in-house capabilities for driving tangible change.

Working closely with the Chief Investment Officers and ExCo, my responsibilities include driving a portfolio shift towards major megatrends (e.g. data analytics, robotics, sustainability, aging).

Working closely with portfolio companies (mostly Industrials), I identify value creation levers and liaise with stakeholders (e.g. investment teams, PortCos exec) to unlock the opportunities.

As a member of the Private Equity practice, I focused primarily on private equity commercial due diligence and portfolio work.

At ANZ M&A, my role was to support M&A deals with a focus on the natural resources (mining) and consumer sectors.

Evaluate investment ideas, develop financial models, prepare investment memos, live deal support, etc.

I developed core management consulting analyst skills, including structured problem solving, financial analysis, financial modelling, professional presentation.
