Rebranded to Paragon Bank Outsourcing Solutions from Five Arrows Outsourcing Solutions 25th January 2016.As Managing Director, my focus is on ensuring that the business plans continue to build upon the knowledge and expertise already gained whilst leveraging the support of the rest of the Paragon Bank family of asset finance businesses and the reputation for excellence of the Paragon Group.

Manage the primary processing, all related transactions and operational relationship with clients in an efficient manner. Ensure that all portfolios and portfolio related records are accurately maintained and fully reconciled and that client information and reporting is delivered on a timely basis and in accordance with client requirements and agreed SLAs.

With responsibility for a core team of Lease Administrators, Collections Staff and all matters concerning Compliance, ensuring that our clients portfolios are managed in an efficient and professional manner in accordance with agreed Service Levels.
