Department of Mathematics

In this position, I correspond with HawkHUB's various teams to lead special initiatives in combating local basic need insecurities. I also oversee collaborative efforts with other organizations to maximize our impact at SJU and in our Philadelphia community.

As a server, I greet customers, answer questions, serve food and beverages, and handle checks and payments- all to ensure efficiency in our fast-paced environment. Additionally, I collaborate with coworkers to administer opening and closing duties and manage customer-service matters.

At this job, I enforced pool rules, supervised patrons, answered questions, and completed maintenance tasks on a daily basis to uphold a secure, family-friendly establishment. I also instructed youth swim lessons from beginner to intermediate levels to pursue safety in our community.

At Park Program, I aided in developing plans for outdoor activities and crafts to entertain the program’s 100+ campers. I managed behaviors using praise and discipline tactics and diffused conflicts among participants in order to maintain a collaborative, fun atmosphere.

In this role, I coordinated all preparations and clean-up for Sunday masses by properly placing ceremonial equipment to cultivate an orderly, respectful space. I also oversaw special affairs, like the presentation of The Gifts and documentation of mass attendance, to sustain an organized fashion for our parish.
