My approach is focused on Polyvagal Theory and utilizing music to create an environment where clients feel safe and connected. Through careful assessment and ongoing input from both clients and interdisciplinary teams, I create tailored treatment programs that address the emotional, cognitive, and/or physical goals of individuals. My practice is characterized by a deep sense of empathy and fostering connected and meaningful interactions with clients. I have experience in mental health, dementia care, elder care, and with adults with special needs.
