I enjoy being able to look at business structure and culture (and all aspects of life) from a psychological perspective. I like to understand why things are operating the way that they are and how to improve upon those existing frames to push an organization to a more productive position.I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with my main passion in Organizational Behavior. I earned minors in both Leadership and Art Studio while also at CWRU.
