Drawing on an education in Film and influenced by my Norwegian-American cross cultural upbringing, my work as a photo stylist pursues the objective of meaningful narratives through tasteful compositions and space. Over the course of my career in interior design I have collaborated with leading brands, photographers, designers & architects and my work has been published in Elle Decor Spain, Luxe Interiors & San Francisco Magazine. Prior to becoming an independent consultant I honed my eye working in residential & commercial interior design, including most recently as Designer & Stylist at Airbnb. My current offering includes photo styling, floral & set design, curation, creative consulting, and photography. In 2022 I launched Sommer, an online shop & curatorial platform that features carefully sourced objects & décor for the discerning customer. As owner & director, I manage and produce all aspects of the business, including branding, marketing, photography, e-commerce, curation, and much more.
