My recent graduation from Florida State University with a degree in Media Communications, complemented by a minor in General Business and a certification in Special Events, has provided me with a solid foundation in media and event management. I have a strong passion for marketing, customer service, and special events. I have interned with the #1 resort company in the Midwest 2023 awarded by Travel + Leisure, gaining valuable experience in marketing, sales, and event operations. This role involved executing and promoting various events, including weddings, concerts, and festivals, while collaborating closely with clients and business stakeholders.Additionally, I have six years of experience in a high-end five-star restaurant, starting as a host before advancing to a server role. This experience emphasized the importance of exceptional customer service and helped me develop strong interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills. My role as Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Delta Pi further strengthened my event planning and leadership abilities, as I organized large-scale social functions for over 600 attendees and managed social media outreach for an audience of over 15,000.
