- Helped design Miami Young Leaders for Equality to empower students to become leaders and changemakers for gender equality by planning workshops, deciding implementation strategies, and implementing salary negotiation workshops and pay gap information sessions - Helped organize and plan SDG Voices in Miami which aims to provide a platform to share stories of social change and opportunities to learn and advocate by identifying goals, interview topics, and potential speakers and partner organizations

- Organized and led workshops on job interview and salary negotiation skills for 50+ young women at my school and to students at Gwen Cherry Youth Center in Liberty City to prepare them for the workforce - Spoke at the Community Disparities Subcommittee Meeting with the Miami-Dade Commission for Women about Gender Pay Equality in Miami to lobby for additional equal pay protections at the county level, which was added to the committee’s agenda - Lobbied to Congresswoman Donna Shalala to work with a Florida representative to enact the statewide ban on the salary history question - Interviewed for the Miami Montage News Organization with the University of Miami to highlight the importance of educating young people about the barriers of the gender pay gap and how to be equal pay advocates - Presented at an Equal Pay and Salary Negotiation Symposium at the 2021 EmpowerHER Series II hosted by Leading Women of Tomorrow’s National Board- Presented a Salary Negotiation Workshop at the International Women’s Day Celebration hosted by the Smart is Strong Foundation at Cornell University
