About Madelyn Harris
I am a biracial queer counseling psychologist and disruptor in training whose research and practice center the wisdom of communities historically excluded from and exploited by psychological research, education, and intervention, specifically Black and LGBTQIA+ Americans. My research focuses on racism-based violence, racial trauma, and community-based care interventions. As a therapist, I engage multicultural, humanistic, relational psychodynamic, and behavioral lenses to support complex trauma survivors on their healing journeys.ORCiD: 0000-0002-0315-4166
