Complete Supply Chain Management functions Planning, developing, implementing and coordination of activities in managing upstream and downstream relationships with suppliers and vendors.• Prepare and Achieve Sales across India with reference to the Customer orders and Company sales projection. • Responsible to develop and execute Production Plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity.• Ensure Inward and Outward flow of material are in control and Accounted.• Manage Inventory of local and Import to Achieve LTM Target as per company PD.• Decisions and cross functional co-ordination on clearance, statutory ( taxes and duties)• In-charge of Freight Inbound & Outbound operations across India.• Good communication with the customers and acting as single window information for in and out flow of information and its execution for major OEM’s in India like Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, GMI, Tata Motors, M&M• Scheduling and planning process• Forecasting and planning of material flow, logistics and supplier management• Build the team and provide leadership for complete supply chain• Looking after the overall management of warehouse and inventory outflow,• Execute MRP.• Managing 5S activity, disposal of scrap and waste through proper coordination with Commercial. • Managing set of Managers and 3 PL work forces in day to day operations.

• Responsible for total operations with accountability for Production Targets, meeting Delivery Date, Productivity, Quality, Manpower management and cost control.• Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan; using statistical tools / techniques to impact on process for improvements.• Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the higher management level.• Ensure discipline at Shop Floor, Quality, House Keeping and 5-S concept.• Responsible to implement World class manufacturing concepts from the best practices like TPM, TQM, Kaizen, 5-S, Poka-Yoke, Lean Manufacturing, JIT and KANBAN.• Responsible for continual improvement across all level in the Operations in terms of Productivity, Quality cost and delivery, by plan, action and periodic review.• Interact directly with customers to align with Delivery plans, share cost time and risk information, and escalate critical issues.• Responsible to run Operations with good Financial turns with Effective Cost Saving Techniques.• Ensure APS and other AS implementation to meet Global Standards.• Responsible for Company Legal Compliance.• Responsible to Improve OEE, Reducing LMPU for the process by Technical Workshop.• Responsible for Hiring & Training employees to ensure Technical Skill balance among team.• Responsible for Efficient Budget System and Carryout.• To set Company PD for the Operations and deploy department wise.
