1. Heading the Warehouse management department for the Safe storage of the raw materials for all the 4 Business units located in Mangalore and Gandhidham.2. Responsible for Identification of Non-Moving, slow moving raw materials in co-ordination with Operations team (Production, Quality, Design & Planning).3. Ensure On time delivery of right raw materials to the Shop floor and provide information of receipt of raw materials to operations team on daily basis. Make sure the on time posting of incoming & out going raw materials in SAP system. 4. Ensure physical stock take takes place for all the units on quarterly basis & its reconciliation in System.5. Analysing & Preparing MIS reports of all the unit stores on monthly basis.6. Imparting Training to the subordinates for productivity improvement

Roles & Responsibilities:• Effective Production Planning & Control for the Organization.• Presently responsible for materials & Production Planning for the organization. This includes generation of Raw materials requirement using ERP through MRP run, preparing monthly plans for transformers & required sub-assemblies. • Organizing regular Meetings for smooth execution of Orders involving all operational functions. Responsible for on time delivery of quality products & ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the Quality documents (MRB- Material Record Book) along with the product.• Controlling adherence to plan by monitoring production on daily basis & taking countermeasure through 5 why analysis.• Responsible for reconciliation of inventory on the shop floor & stores on quarterly basis.• Responsible for the cost reduction of the raw materials & consumables by reducing the wastage & rejections on the shop floor.• Analyzing & preparing the MIS reports for management to arrive at P&L statement by calculating the RMC & MSR for the said Products. •
