Current• Handling end to end Global Mobility process which consist of relocation of assignees for a short term/long term movement, permanent Transfers until repatriation.• Ensuring end-to-end management of international assignments, including managing vendors who provide the following services: relocation, immigration, tax services and core expatriate data for long term and short-term assignments.• Working with key stakeholders, especially senior leaders in the organization, to continuously enhance their understanding and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, efficiency and compliance are delivered to achieve operational excellence.• Ensuring all Immigration related activities are adhered to as per the Host Country Immigration laws.• Partners with employees and management to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.• Managing exceptions to allow flexibility, yet fairness in administration policies and practices• Partnering with finance and corporate tax to address company cross-charging (Transfer Pricing) and corporate tax matters to develop best practices.• Enabling the establishment and maintenance of a standardized record keeping and filing system in compliance with corporate directives for all global mobility activities.• Consulting and guiding business teams, stakeholders and internal teams on all mobility related matters, including policies and processes.• Providing day to day support to ensure high touch, value added mobility services.• Responding to assignee/vendor queries, ensuring a full understanding of the issues and needs to delegate effective resolution.• Drive internal communications strategy to continue to build a culture of mobility and increase visibility of the mobility brand.• Prepare and administer Letter of Assignments, Service Agreements and ensure these are signed and filed before the employee leaves for the Host country
